ESTABLISHMENT

Our firm was established in 2004 duly registered with Directorate General Resettlement, Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence and Shop and Establishment Act, Jharkhand, Bihar and Delhi Administration under the leadership of Maj Vinoy Krishna (Retd), who had an illustrious career in the Indian Army. He has been trained in Civil and Military Intelligence and is qualified for Industrial Security. He is also a Post Graduate in Master in Personnel Management (MPM) from Pune University.

SELECTION OF SECURITY GUARDS

We requisition our staff from the following sources: -

• Directorate General Resettlement, Ministry of Defense, Govt of India
• Sainik Kalyan Boards in various states.
• Regimental Centers of various Regiments in the Indian Army
• Advertisement through newspapers.
• Personal affiliations

PHYSICAL STANDARDS OF GUARDS

Age :       Between 25 years and 55 years extendable by 5 years, for Ex-servicemen only.

Height :      Minimum 170 Cms

Education Qualification :    8th to 10th Class Passed.

Should have the Basic Knowledge of Local Language.

VERIFICATION OF GUARDS

Proper verification of all security personnel is carried out as under: -

• Police
• Discharge Books (For Ex - Defence personnel)
• Personal Bio - Data.
• Certificate from village Head/Sarpanch regarding character and his residence.

TRAINING

Before deputing a security guard at a particular site, we impart training at our Training Centre or in any recognized training centre, situated in various states, for which, we have PSARA Licences. as per the requirement of the location. And the individuals are also tested for perfection in their respective duties. We plan our training in consultation with the Principal Employers, so that we are confident that the duties will be discharged to clients’ perfection. In addition, we cater for the following:-

• Mobile Patrolling.
• Fire Fighting
• First Aid
• Use of specialized surveillance gadgets
• Relief and provisioning of additional staff, as and when required

In addition, the firm has it’s own security training institute in the State of Jharkhand in the name and style of M/s Jharkhand Ex-Servicemen Security & Allied Training Institute at Ranchi (Jharkhand)

PAYMENTS

We submit our bills to the Principal Employers on the first of every month, so that they can arrange to make the payments in time to enable us to make payment to our security personnel as per our schedule. However, we make the payment to our security personnel by seventh of every calendar month without fail. The payments are invariably made in cash. We accept the payments from Principal Employers through cheque. However, the schedule of payment can be modified as per policy of the Principal Employers, should they desire to make payments to the security personnel through bank transfer in every individual’s savings account

ESI/ EPF /SERVICE TAX REGISTRATIONS

We are responsible to the respective authorities for depositing, the ESI, EPF and Service Tax in respect of our security staff/our agency, of which, we produce the documentary proof to our Principal Employers, every month, on being awarded the contact. We demand form V from the Principal Employers and then apply for the labour license, which is a mandatory requirement of the Labour Department, throughout the country.
